Crossbow 4.1.0 "Dionysus"

After a little more than one year since last release, Crossbow 4.1.0 is
finally out.

This is a minor release, mostly focused on improvements of the configuration
file. It introduces the concept of feed group, allowing to factorize common
feed properties.
