Release 2.0.0

A few improvements over the last release, mostly fixes
and simplifications.

The major bump is motivated by a change in the daemon program
name, from "spamd" to "spamgend".  The name was changed to
avoid a clash with the Spam Assassin package.

The "info" endpoint is no longer listing the offenders IP
addresses.  It is instead plotting improved histograms.
